I’m a Digital Content Director with 20+ years’ experience of delivering effective content strategy and digital transformation projects for global B2B and B2C organisations, including PayPal, Three and SGS. I support companies in their move to digital enabling them to deliver customer-centric experiences. I enjoy bringing people and technology together to provide in-context experiences for users and I have directed teams of 50+ content creators to produce compelling digital product content for international markets. Focused on the customer experience, I possess an in-depth knowledge of content localization, content processes and tools and I also support several Women in Technology initiatives as a mentor.
