+25 years experience in HR Management, Interim Management and Consulting on Executive level. Working  in an international environment both local and Regional levels (EMEA) in several sectors such as pharmaceutical, hospitality industry, logistics, high technology, manufacturing and construction.

At market leading multinational companies being in the position of  Human Resources Director was runnning all functional areas of HR often including payroll. Gained experience in:  Start-ups, M&A, Process Mapping and Re-designing, working with SSCs , ERP and HRIS system implementation, Organization Development, Change Management,  Project Management, HR Controlling, HR Audit, HR Strategic Planning, Hay Grading, Compensation& Benefit, Payroll,  General Administration, negotiating with Unions. Expert in developing and implementing SOP’s. Special knowledge in hotel opening, handling mass recruitment and trainings. Expertise to elaborate and implement performance appraisal systems, run employee satisfaction surveys. In manufactoring areas gathered knowledge on Lean, Kaisen, Six Sigma.

Trained Obeserver for AC/DC. SDI ( Stregth Deployment Inventory) facilitator to handle conflicts and relationship management.

Before moving to Human Resources spent several years in Finance. Having basic knowledge of finance  was always helpful to give valuable contribution and support to a company’s Senior Management Team.
