Mike established ATEX controls and procedures in order to open up a new business stream.
Mike undertook an assignment for a major TFM provider within the central government sector, coaching FM’s in hard services and compliance aspects and setting up SHE controls.
Within a week of taking up an assignment, Mike identified possible savings in excess of £1M pa for a region of a major international FM and Energy services provider by recommending revised working practices and making best use of available technology with a ROCE payback of less than 6 months.
