My client is a well-known brand within Financial Services Technology. They are urgently seeking an experienced Talent Aquisition Lead to support them on a number of projects with a view to streamlining the MSP offering.
One of the key projects will be creating the business plan and associated strategy to ensure the business is ready for IR35 legislation being rolled out in 2020. As such you will be well versed in contractor legislation and ideally have previously had a relationship with an MSP / worked on similar projects.
Other projects include a review of the operations of the MSP and creating best practise, brand awareness and building an internal profile of the TA function.
