The Chilworth Partnership are working with a multisite Leisure Services business who are seeking to recruit a Transformation Manager to join their team for an initial 6 month period following a period of change.
Reporting to the Director of Finance the role holder will be tasked with agreeing and executing the transformation plan, delivering a new project reporting process and producing a training programme for various stakeholders that is able to be used as a robust training model for the future.
The successful candidate will have a track record of change/process improvement in a complex corporate environment as well as technically strong reporting background. You will feel comfortable working in a project based role, with the ability to manipulate and extract data from a variety of financial and non-financial systems. US GAAP and IFRS knowledge would be highly desirable.
