Main Duties and Responsibilities:
The Business Change Manager (BCM) is resposnsible to Commander field Army (CFA) and the programme(s) Senior Responsible Officer(s) (SRO) for the development of the Transition Plan (including the operational staff work) and the realisation of programme benefits, whilst minimising the risk to the Fd Army’s Outputs.
The BCM has credibility to lead land environment military planning, at OF-5 level, and represent CFA at the programme board and to the Fd Army. The BCM ensures that programme decisions are linked to Fd Army Decision Points, cross-DLOD cohesion is maintained and delivered; risks against Fd Army outputs are measured, reported (through THE Army’s risk process) and mitigated; and that the capabilities delivered are fit for operational service.
The BCM is the Fd Army’s lead member of the change programme and represents the user community and communicates that change to the Fd Army’s personnel at all levels.
Individual should have completed:
Individual will be required to travel to meetings within the UK.
Familiar with military planning and the production of operational staff work.
