Seeking an experienced In house Recruiter to work for a client in Birmingham City Centre
Responsibilities will include:
Manage the end to end recruitment process including, devising recruitment strategies, agreeing key milestones, preparing adverts, posting roles, producing longlist / shortlist, pre-screening and assessment & selection as well as undertaking interviews
Strong experience with hands on interviewing of candidates
Use a broad range of resourcing tools to attract a strong candidate pool including advanced database searches, networking and social media
Provide advice to hiring managers on the most effective approach to resourcing their needs, including routes to market, costs, challenges and time input required.
Monitor and report on the response to recruitment campaigns against agreed KPI and SLA.
Creation and management of “talent pools” for both frequently hired roles and specialist skills to help reduce the time to recruit
The successful candidate will possess the following:
Candidate attraction skills – Experience of identification of candidates using social media, candidate databases, search tools, referrals, networks and research
Experience of direct sourcing and recruitment delivery of specialist, professional and scarce skills.
Experience of interviewing and assessing candidates across a multi-disciplined environment.
Experience of delivering the end to end recruitment cycle
