Are you a Campaign Planning Manager with experience in a fast paced environment and wanting to work with a well known games business. You will be responsible for managing, planning and delivering the end to end campaign process.
you will be delivering integrated campaigns from brief to creation and delivery, ensuring engagement from multiple stakeholders. Drive integrated ways of working, prioritise workload for agencies / channels to deliver creative at the best cost and seek out / deliver production eficiencies.
Develop a quarterly plan, with multiple campaigns running simultaneously
Manage the day to day processing of the creative production budget (£10M), raising PO’s for creative production, liaising with finance team and Strategic Planning Manager with monthly updates to ensure on budget delivery of campaigns
Identify challenges / improvements and optimise CDP where necessary
Work closely with external agencies, brand teams and channels to deliver campaigns on time and to budget
Manage and lead the campaign planning team to support brand/games teams in the build and implementation/delivery/approval of all campaign assets.
Proven project/programme management skills
Knowledge and experience of managing the production of creative assets for ATL and BTL

The ideal candidate will come from a planning and delivery back ground, working in a fast paced environment. Experience working with multiple stakeholders at all levels. Engaging with media and creation agencies. Managing teams as you have 3 direct reports.
